UPH Early Registration Advisement Dates for
for Fall 2008

For Fall 2008 course advisement and approval during summer 2008, matriculated students must email the contact given below for Fall course approval and advisement. Graduate level matriculants should not register for any courses prior faculty approval. Advisement for graduate non-matriculants will take place August 6 (see below). In email communications, provide your full name, degree, track and status at Hunter College, current number and credits earned and GPA within UPH programs, if applicable, and email and phone contact. If listing preferred classes, include the course number, section and four digit course registration code. Faculty do not hold office hours during summer so please allow extended response time to your email. Contact the UPH website or central office with general questions: 212-481-5111. Please note UPH is closed Fridays during summer.

All non-matriculants (NM's) must apply and be active in the Hunter registration system in advance of advisement (see Admissions) . Bring a copy of any previous transcript (unofficial) and resume to advisement, if available. Review courses via the Registrar's electronic Fall course schedule. UPH courses are listed under Health Sciences and are divided according to track codes (PH, COMHE, EOHS, EPI, BIOS, HPM, NUTR)
NM's can take a maximum of three courses overall in NM status and must satisfy any listed course prerequsites.To register for more than one course within a semester, in addition to the application, submit required proof of immunization using a Hunter or non-Hunter form (http://registrar.hunter.cuny.edu/forms/immunizationform.pdf)
For information about the registration process including registration dates, tuition, tuition deadlines, obtaining a Hunter ID, etc see the Registrar's and Admissions websites. Those in NM status are not entitled to financial aid.
