The Economics Tutoring Center offers free tutoring to both economics and accounting students at Hunter College. Tutors can offer help with homework, preparation for upcoming exams and hold review sessions for intro and principles classes. All of our tutors are qualified to tutor the core economics and accounting courses. Many of them are also qualified to tutor in certain upper level courses and in the Stata software package. Economics: Fall 2025 Tutoring
The department offers free tutoring for ECO 100, 200, 201, 221, 300, 301, and 321. Field courses are not covered -- however, tutors can help with core concepts (e.g., indifference curves) in field courses. Tutors can also offer help with homework, preparation for upcoming exams, and also hold review sessions for intro and principle classes. The Economics Tutoring Center will be held in the conference room (West 1537) for in-person sessions. They will also handle Zoom sessions at the same time.
