(CIE) Program for Human Biology Majors

The CUNY Inclusive Economy (CIE) Program is designed for students who want to explore career options, gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry, and enhance their competitiveness for future professional goals. The program provides academic and career support to help you:

  • Develop essential professional skills for internships and jobs.

By joining the CIE Program, you’ll be better prepared to navigate your career and stand out as a well-rounded candidate in your field. 

 Human Biology students who participate in this program have the benefit of two advisors focusing on the healthcare industry:  

  • Human Biology Academic and Career Advisor, Dr. Jane Shmidt (jshmidt@hunter.cuny.edu)
  • Industry Employment Specialist, Jeffrey Poulos (jeffrey.poulos@hunter.cuny.edu)
