Dr. Einheber researches neuron-glial cell interactions that regulate myelin sheath formation and factors that contribute to myelin loss in neurological diseases. His studies utilize genetically engineered mouse lines, myelinating cultures and various biochemical, molecular and immunocytochemical techniques.
