UTEP Adolescent Education

Teacher teaching youth.

Overview

The Undergraduate Teacher Education Pathway (UTEP) Adolescent Education programs are designed to prepare undergraduate prospective teachers to serve as high-quality educators for students in urban secondary schools. These UTEP programs lead to initial certification as a teacher in New York State. These programs include extensive and closely mentored fieldwork experiences in New York City Public schools.
