Hunter Kincaid has a PhD in Critical Social/Personality Psychology from the CUNY Graduate Center. He has an MA in Social Science Research from the University of Chicago, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington. His research focuses on the social psychology of gender and sexuality in electronic realms and the rural United States; he also teaches psychology courses at Hunter College and the Pratt Institute. Previous projects have focused on queer minority stress in rural areas and small towns.
