• Prof. Sakas is taking a well-deserved sabbatical this term to focus on his research in computational linguistics. Prof. St. John will serving as interim computer science chair until his return on 1 July.

• Save the date for the first of the department on-line talk series: March 3, 1pm. The talk will be on “Forensic analytics in industry” with Jorick van der Hoeven, a data scientist from Gartner.
