2nd Annual SPEECH Regional Cancer Health Disparity Conference

The purpose of this conference is to promote the advancement of research in cancer health disparities and support the development of outstanding underrepresented minority (URM) and diverse students/trainees who are committed to careers in cancer research and to collaboratively engage the community in enhancing quality and feasibility of these efforts.
The conference involves a session opening featuring a Keynote Speaker and SPEECH Investigators, poster presentations, National Cancer Institute (NCI) Career Development Workshop for Cancer Research Funding Opportunities, and networking with established investigators conducting cancer research and Program Directors from the Center to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities, NCI
We are seeking abstracts that highlight and advance the field of cancer. We welcome all areas of research within the basic, clinical and population-based cancer research fields. Students (undergraduate, graduate, medical, post-undergraduate), Postdoctoral Fellows, and Junior Faculty are all encouraged to submit their work.
