In honor of Black History Month, the Department of Africana and Puerto Rican/Latino Studies at Hunter College presents The Bresi Lecture Series with Professor Benjamin Talton, with a special topic "on nonviolence and its limits for the African Revolution."
Dr. Talton is a historian, teacher, and award-winning author. His research and writing explore histories of the African Diaspora, ethnicity and politics in Ghana, and the intersection of African and African American politics and popular culture in the 20th Century.
