You're Invited to the Annual Brothers for Excellence Welcome Event
of behalf of Hunter College's Black Male Initiative (BMI)

Join us as we get ready for the upcoming semester. We have an afternoon full of fun and exciting activities to get you acquainted with other students like you and the great resources at the College.


Wednesday, August 22, 2018
Faculty Dining Room, 8th floor, West Building

11:30 am — Introductions to Directors, Coordinators, BMI Team Leaders

12:00 pm — Introduction of New Members

12:25 pm — Lunch and Viewing of Program Video

12:45 pm — Ice Breaker Activity

1:15 pm — Student Panel: Finding a Sense of Belonging: Tips For Success as a First-Year College Student

2:15 pm — Campus Scavenger Hunt

3:15 pm — Group Walk to Central Park for Snacks, Ultimate Frisbee, and Fellowship (Please bring about $10 in cash.)
