Learn Stress Management Techniques for Mastering the Interview Process

Are you interviewing for a job or internship?  This career planning workshop will equip you with strategies to help you combat stress while teaching you how to enhance your interviewing skills. You will learn also how to apply mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to manage stress.

Co-hosted by Counseling & Wellness Services and Career Center.
