Join our Directora, Yarimar Bonilla, for a conversation with two renowned activists and educators from the Puerto Rican Diaspora, Iris Morales and María Josefa Canino, to learn more about the rich history of Puerto Rican activism in New York City. We will screen clips from the documentary "Pa'lante, Siempre Pa'lante" as well as hear more about the roles activists and educators played in founding the Center for Puerto Rican Studies 50 years ago.

This event will be hosted in Puerto Rico at Fundación Luis Muñoz Marin San Juan, San Juan Puerto Rico.
