Cooking Class – Taste of Africa

This virtual cooking class with Chef Henrietta will help you create delicious and nutritious meals at home, while you become acquainted with African cuisine.
Menu: Matoke (mashed plantain), Nyama Choma (African beef stew)**, Kachumbari (Kenyan tomato, onion salad)
