(Postponed) Distinguished Writers Series: Bruce Smith

The Distinguished Writers Series at Hunter College welcomes Bruce Smith.
Bruce Smith is the author of six volumes of poetry including The Other Lover -- which was a finalist for both the National Book Award and the Pulitzer Prize -- and Devotions, which was named a finalist for the National Book Award, the National Book Critics Circle Award and the Los Angeles Times Book Award and won the William Carlos Williams Award from the American Academy of Poets. In 2010 he received an award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
