Orgullo Film Series: Puerto Rican Institution Builders and Change Makers

The Center for Puerto Rican Studies’ Puerto Rican Heritage Cultural Ambassador Program presents the second part of a two part film series of exciting short documentaries highlighting the contributions of individuals, groups and organizations that have had a profound impact on the Puerto Rican experience in the United States. Session Two highlights the illustrious legacy of Puerto Rican institution builders and change makers: Aspira of PA, Taller Puertorriqueno from Philadelphia, the Borinqueneers, Teatro Sea ( Bilingual Children's Theater Company), and Marta Moreno Vega/ CCCADI (Afro Puerto Rican Diaspora Institution Builder). Teaching guides and quizzes are available for each film.
