Election day is Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Here is the link to the CUNY Time to Vote Notice to Employees which is posted on the University Human Resources website. Employers are required, no less than ten working days before Election Day (October 21, 2024), to post conspicuously in the place of work where it can be seen by employees, a notice setting forth the provisions of this law. Such notice must be posted until the close of the polls on Election Day.

Early voting takes place between October 26, 2024 - November 3, 2024. Time off to vote is not available for early voting. Early Voting | New York State Board of Elections (ny.gov)
