Aktina Productions Presents: Greek Music Journey 2013 Featuring Greek Singing Sensation Melina Aslanidou

Collaborating with AKTINA Productions, Inc., for a third time in the concert series "Greek Music Journey," Greek singing sensation Melina Aslanidou returns to New York for a memorable performance that will revive well-known and popular songs covering different aspects of the Greek music repertoire such as "Laika" (popular-folk), Rembetika (Greek blues) and also great hits from her personal discography. Accompanied by her talented and renowned musicians including soloists Andreas Karantinis on bouzouki, Manolis Androulidakis on guitar, and Andreas Sikkis on percussion, Melina Aslanidou will take the audience on a unique "Music Journey" that will engage everyone from beginning to end. Renowned for her exceptional vocal abilities, dynamic interpretation of songs, and impressive stage presence, Melina Aslanidou stands out in the Greek music scene as one of the leading artists of the new generation.
