Melissa Schwartz began her career in higher education 10 years ago at Queensborough Community College, where she worked as an Academic Advisor for the ASAP program. As the Academic Program Specialist for the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter, Melissa’s favorite part of her job is collaborating with the incredibly motivated students in the program. Melissa grew up in Flushing, Queens. She earned her BA in Psychology from Queens College and her MA in Psychology from Boston University. She has a love for stand-up comedy and cheese.
