Hunter College professor Ivon Marguiles has received rave reviews in the New Yorker for her Anthology Film Archive Series, "In-Person Reenactment." Of the film series, critic Richard Brody writes, "There’s a special psychological power to movies in which performers act out stories from their own lives. The practice is surprisingly common, and it’s highlighted in the Anthology Film Archives series."
