A new report from The Wall Street Journal ranks Hunter College as #4 in “The Biggest Bargains Among U.S. Colleges.” After ranking the country’s top 250 schools, “best value” was calculated by dividing each school’s overall score by its average net price according to Education Department data. The rankings highlighted Hunter College's academic environment as its greatest strength, a calculation that measures how supportive, diverse and inclusive the campus is.
