Welcoming remarks by Hunter College President Jennifer Raab. Phil Alcabes, Director of the Hunter College Community Health Program, moderated a panel discussion with Oxiris Barbot, Commissioner for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; Lilliam Barrios-Paoli, Special Advisor to the President of Hunter College and Former NYC Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services; and Michael Lewis, Professor at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.
