We are excited to announce the professional development opportunities available for Spring 2025 offered by University Human Resources- Professional Development & Learning (PDL)! This season we have a wide range of training programs and courses designed to support your growth and enhance your skills.
Spring 2025 Offerings:
- PDL Spring Courses Offerings through DCAS- A variety of courses ranging from $75 to $150 per person (Registration Form: Supervisor Approval Required.)
- DCAS Open Enrollment- Citywide training in cultural awareness, management, technology, and more.
- Refocus & Lead: A Manager Refresh – A new program for managers with at least 2 and a maximum of 6 years of CUNY management experience, running March 15th through June 15th. (Supervisor Nomination Deadline: February 28th.)
- New Supervisors Program (NSP)– Tailored for employees new to their supervisory roles in CUNY, running April 15th through September 15th. (Supervisor Nomination Deadline: March 7th.)
- Campus On-Site Training Requests- Custom training sessions for campuses upon request through DCAS.
