UNESCO Sponsored World Philosophy Day

City College will be hosting its first annual UNESCO sponsored World Philosophy Day event this Thursday, 11/20 throughout the day.

The keynote for this year will be former APA-Eastern President Linda Alcoff, who will be talking about “What philosophy can contribute to the global resistance against rape.” Please join us to celebrate the importance of philosophy in contemporary life!
