My name is Alta Mercedes and I’ve been working at Hunter College in different capacities for many years. Currently, I am an Academic Advisor For Students in Transition. I received my MSEd from Hunter in School Counseling. I love my career because it allows me to work closely with students via the events and programs we offer. In my personal time I enjoy traveling with my family.
