The Sackler School of Medicine New York State/American Program of Tel Aviv University is a partnership between the United States and Israel that has existed since 1976. The program has trained approximately two thousand talented men and women who have become some of the finest physicians in the world. The program, which is a four-year course of study, is chartered by the Regents of the University of the State of New York State and accredited by the State of Israel. It welcomes qualified citizens or permanent residents of the United States and Canada. Students are taught in English, and class size is limited to 63 students per class. Topics include: 1. Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) is one of the premier Caribbean medical schools providing an opportunity for aspiring medical students from around the world to fulfill their dream to become a physician. In 2015, more than 830 RUSM graduates earned a residency position throughout the US and worldwide. The majority of graduates secure medical residencies prior to graduation through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) with some of the most prestigious teaching hospitals and leading medical centers in the US. For eligible graduates who apply for residency programs during their senior year, 80-85% have secured residency positions. Over the course of two residency cycles, our residency attainment rate is 85-90%.
