Writing can help you organize your thoughts, soul-search, set goals, make plans, relieve stress, and process your emotions so they don’t stand in your way. A regular writing practice will ultimately enable you to tell your story—which is the key to your success, no matter where you're headed. Tackling cover letters, school applications, elevator pitches, and even emails to professors will be easier if you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Along your journey, writing will relieve stress and keep you focused on what matters to you.
