Did you know that yoga can lower your blood pressure, decrease back pain, and even enhance your ability to learn?
Join us for some beginner yoga poses that will get your blood flowing so you're refreshed for studying. We'll do some seated poses and some standing poses, with a focus on key moves you can quickly do throughout the day. Nothing fancy, just a few deep breaths together. No mat required.
