Join us in exploring a career as a Pathologists' Assistant. A pathologist’s assistant is a highly-trained medical professional with a working knowledge of human anatomy, biochemistry, and other important biomedical disciplines. They are highly trained, certified allied health professionals who are qualified by academic and practical training to provide services in anatomic pathology under the supervision of a licensed, board-certified, or board-eligible anatomic pathologist.
Services in both surgical and autopsy pathology include processing a variety of laboratory specimens, comprehensive macroscopic examination, and evaluating all surgical pathological specimens.
This PPAP 1002 series seminar is required for freshman Pre-Health students to open a pre-health file.
