Project Description

This project will upgrade the infrastructure of Thomas Hunter Hall with electric based HVAC systems. Phase 2 will involve construction on the Dance Department offices on the 3rd floor and the entire vertical distribution for the entire building for Phase 1, 2, and all future phases.
