Between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, call the Office of Facilities Management at 212-772-4422.
BEFORE 9 am and AFTER 5 pm, contact the Office of Public Safety at 212-772-4444. The Office of Public Safety office will alert the appropriate workers to get the problem taken care of.
Provide the location of the area affected.
If flooding occurs, stop using all electrical devices.
If possible move any equipment off the floor or away from flooded area.
Cover equipment with plastic tarps/sheets if leak is from above.
