The Immigrant and Refugee Services Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, Archdiocese of New York (CCCS) provides free immigration legal services to immigrants throughout New York City and seven counties of the Lower Hudson Valley (Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan). Through a variety of programs designed to meet community needs, CCCS assists long-term residents of New York State as well as those who newly arrived. We serve documented and undocumented immigrants of all ages, including individual adults, families, and unaccompanied children. Services are provided to people of all countries, languages, and religious beliefs.

Current CUNY students, faculty, and staff can request free consultations with immigration attorneys for issues such as detention, F-1 status, immigration hearings, travel, or loss/change of status.
