Leadership Opportunities

Student Admissions Leader (SAL) Program

SALs are current students who serve as representatives of the College and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment. SALs introduce the Hunter community to prospective students and their families via on-campus visits, events, peer-to-peer texting, and social media, 4-6 hrs per week.

Student Ambassador Program (SA)

Student Ambassadors (SAs) are current students who have already served as a Student Admissions Leader. SAs conduct tours of campus for prospective students and their families, help with admissions events, on-campus visits, group visits, and other Hunter events, 4-6 hrs per week.

UniBuddy Program

UniBuddy is an online text-messaging system where future Hawks can connect with some of our awesome current students, alums, and staff, to ask questions about a specific area of study, commuter or residence life experiences, or general student experience, up to 20 minutes per day.

Orientation Leaders Team

Orientation Leaders have the opportunity to share their unique Hunter stories with the incoming class and make an impact at the start of their journey. OLs welcome new students by sharing their identities, goals, passions, and introducing them to a larger Hawk family.

We are looking for creative Hunter students to create short series of videos to document your daily life on campus. You can highlight your commute, your favorite class, or your favorite study spot on campus. Time commitment is 15-20 minutes a week.

The Office of Undegraduate Admissions & Recruitment is looking for a responsible student with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail. The job would entail compiling research as asked by supervisor and entering student data on daily basis. All candidates must be eligible forĀ Federal Work-Study program to apply for this position and available to work 5-15 hours per week during standard business hours
