For Student Clubs
Officers of currently chartered clubs may submit a work request for faith-based spaces located in the Thomas Hunter building, or for student organization-sponsored events. Clubs and Organizations with officers in other buildings and departments should contact department administrator.
Please be advised that all official work requests must be submitted two weeks (10 business days) in advance.
The absolute minimum accepted lead time is one week (5 business days). This required timeline excludes weekends and university holidays.
Requests failing to meet the minimum one-week deadline may be denied.
