How to Vote

Your Vote Counts!

Polls Open: Monday, May 6, 2024 (12:01am)
Polls Close: Thursday, May 9, 2024 (11:59 pm)

Your vote will determine who will represent your interests in the Undergraduate Student Government for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Before you vote:

  • Attend the Candidates Forum and Debate on Wednesday, May 1. It will be held via Zoom and in person in the West Building 3rd floor cafeteria.
  • Read about the candidates.

Note: 

  • The Residence Life Commissioner will be voted on only by students living in the Residence Halls. This position will be included on the general electronic ballot.
  • Voting for Write-In Candidates is Permissible. After the voting has been completed, all votes, including “write-ins,” will be tallied.

Voting will take place online

  1. To vote, you must access your Hunter email account*
  2. You will receive an email from elections@vote-now.com containing your voter registration link. Look for it in your Hunter email inbox on Monday, May 6**
  3. You must vote by Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 11:59pm
  4. Election results will be posted on this web site after the polls close
  5. Election results will be certified by SERC by Tuesday, May 14, 10 am
