2025-26 FAFSA Now Available

The new 2025-26 FAFSA is now available. File your FAFSA early to plan your financial future. Processing for the 2024-25 FAFSA will begin in May 2024.

Important Deadlines

2025-26 Financial Aid Deadlines

The following is a list of financial aid related deadlines for the 2024-25 academic year.

*Spring semester only

Application Type Deadline Notes
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal February 21, 2025*
Professional Judgement Request April 15, 2025* Incomplete requests will not be considered for review.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) May 1, 2025* The 2024-2025 FAFSA may be completed with your 2022 tax information.
Student Loan Application May 1, 2025* Loan options may include federal loans and private loans.
Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) Application June 30, 2025 TAP is an income-based grant for eligible New York State residents.
Excelsior Scholarship Appeal December 31, 2025* Incomplete appeals will not be considered for review. Additional documentation must be submitted within two weeks after notification of an incomplete appeal.
