How to Submit Payments to the Office of Education Abroad

This is only for short-term Hunter study abroad programs (i.e. faculty-led, Nebrija summer, or ICDS).

The Office of Education Abroad collects payments for study abroad programs in two installments:

• $350 Application Fee & Deposit by the Application Deadline (must be submitted with your application materials).
  
• Program Fee Balance by the Balance Deadline.

All program fees are estimates. Please see program descriptions for program fees and deadlines.

Accepted: Money Orders and/or Certified Checks issued by your Bank.
Not Accepted: Cash, Credit Cards, or Personal Checks.

Tuition for all coursework is paid directly to your CUNY college Bursar in addition to the program fee paid to our office.

Tuition rates depend on all of the following:

• the student's state residency status
• the student's matriculation status,
• the student's grade level
