Note that final exams are often rescheduled.
You must confirm the date and time of your exams with your instructors prior to final examination week.

Instructions for Faculty

The examination for a course with multiple components (Lec, Lab, Rec) should be scheduled according to the time the lecture is given.
The room assigned for the examination must be the same one in which the class regularly meets.
Inform your students of the dates and times of your final examinations
Please contact the Office of the Registrar Scheduling Division for Reading or Uniform Final rooms, days and times.
Classes that meet in an irregular pattern will match the first hour of the closest pattern. Schedule your examinations accordingly.
If your class meets off the regular Hunter College bell schedule, please contact the Office of the Registrar two months before finals begin for an alternate final exam date.
The Office of the Registrar reserves the right to change a final exam day or room if needed.
