HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR DIPLOMA

Diplomas will be sent to the mailing address indicated on your CUNYfirst record within three-four months of your official graduation conferral date. You will be notified at your Hunter College email address once your diploma has been sent. To ensure that you receive your diploma, be certain to review the mailing address and mobile phone number listed in your CUNYfirst account for accuracy.

To review/update your mailing address:
  1. Log into CUNYfirst.
  2. Go to Student Center > Personal Information.
  3. Click Mailing Address to update your information.

If you have forgotten your CUNYfirst login and/or password, please follow the instructions here to retrieve your information.

Request Duplicate Diploma

Should you need a replacement or duplicate copy of your original diploma, please visit parchment.com. Please make sure that on your CUNYfirst, your primary name is up-to-date as it will appear on your official diploma.

If your primary name has changed:

  1. Submit Personal Data Change Request Form along with appropriate documentation.
  2. Submit the forms through CUNYFirst Document Uploader.
  3. Email Office of the Registrar once you have uploaded the forms at:  regweb@hunter.cuny.edu
