Hunter College is committed to cultivating a respectful and safe educational environment and workplace. The Office of Student Conduct is responsible for acting on behalf of Hunter College in matters of student discipline. The office deals primarily with alleged instances of academic integrity and other student misconduct. Our function is to investigate alleged violations of Hunter Colleges and CUNY policies, and when necessary, sanction students who violate Hunter College's rules and policies.

Our goal is to educate students regarding their individual responsibility and accountability, while promoting concepts of fairness and due process. Our hope is that through this process students will come to recognize mistakes and learn from them.
