New International Students Visa Orientations, spring 2025:
Spring 2025-Thursday,January 23, 2025, 2:00 PM -4:00 PM,in person for undergraduate including first year and transfer students, TBA;Friday, January 24, 2025-, and 2:00 PM-4:00 PM in person for graduate and J1 Exchange students , room:TBA ;Thursday,February 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM, via Zoom for all newly admitted students. How to Prepare for Orientation:
All students —
You are encouraged to have these documents available, to help you ask questions at the end of each meeting.
- I-20 (F-1 Student Status form) or DS2019 (J-1Exchange Visitor Student form)
- Passport, Visa and the Arrival stamp in your passport
- Change of status approval notice, if you have one.
Undergraduate students —
If you have already registered for classes, you may want to have your class schedule available for questions.
Graduate students —
You should consult with your departmental advisor regarding your class schedules and program requirements.
