We appreciate your interest in joining our residential community and look forward to welcoming new and returning students each year!
We are so excited for your interest in joining our residential community! Hunter College offers two locations to students to explore accommodations at - Midtown East (51st) and Hunter's Apartments (79th). Hunter College housing is in high demand, and while we strive to accommodate as many students as possible, placements are based on availability and various college-determined factors. All interested students are encouraged to apply! All of our residence options are shared roommate accommodations, fostering a strong sense of community and connection among students. Housing offers are made on an annual basis, and students must reapply each year for consideration. While we cannot guarantee housing for all years of enrollment, we encourage students to stay engaged with the application process to maximize their chances of securing a spot.
