Welcome Current Students!

Welcome to the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. We are excited to get to know each and every one of you as you develop into successful young professionals. The Macaulay at Hunter staff will help you through your four years of college and provide support post-graduation. Additionally, your Peer Mentor can help ease the transition between high school and college during your first year at Hunter and help you make connections with your professors and Hunter offices.

Get to know your fellow Macaulay Scholars and remember to make connections with your professors. If you are residing in Brookdale, take advantage of the proximity of other students and reach out to someone new. If you are commuting from home, spending time in the Honors Lounge (East Building, 6th Floor, Room 630A), where other Honors College students hang out between classes, will enhance your sense of community. Either way, by attending events throughout the semester, you can meet new people and expand your world view.
