Tyler Riewer is the Brand Content Lead at charity: water, a nonprofit organization on a mission to bring clean and safe drinking water to every person on the planet. He has the incredible privilege of traveling around the world to meet the people charity: water serves and telling stories about the impact of clean water.

Tyler grew up in Nebraska wanting to be a professional basketball player but unfortunately lacked the size, coordination, and nearly everything required to pursue that dream. He fell into creative writing instead and received a Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.

He spent the next eight years in Advertising, creating content for brands like Red Bull, Hormel, and Pabst Brewing, before moving to New York City in 2013 to work at charity: water.

Today, he leads creative campaigns at charity: water and works to inspire donations to help bring clean and safe drinking water to the 663 million people living without it. He lives in Brooklyn and is still only kind-of-good at basketball.
