How do we get technical support for our website after it's launched?
This website is your best resource for technical support both pre- and post-launch. Our extensive list of tutorials and frequently asked questions should be able to resolve any issues you may have.
If you need additional assistance with working in the WebCMS, you should contact the Technology Resource Center (TRC). You can visit their training lab in room 402 Thomas Hunter Hall, email them at training@hunter.cuny.edu, or call (212) 650-3358.
