SUMMER 2024 HOUSING LOCATION: BROOKDALE CAMPUS, 425 EAST 25TH STREET, NEW YORK ------ Rooms provided at Brookdale are non-air conditioned, single rooms. Rooms include a twin bed, dresser, desk, nightstand, and chair. Occupants share gender-neutral communal bathrooms, kitchens with appliances, and lounges. There is a self-paid laundry room in the building. Linens, utensils, laundry product are NOT Provided.

Summer Timeframe: May 31, 2024, 9am - August 11, 2024, 5pm.
Price per day: $28.60
Minimum Length of Stay: 30 consecutive days (within the Summer Timeframe)
Minimum Cost: $858.00 + $45 for Wifi
Maximum Length of Stay: 72 consecutive days (full Summer Timeframe)
Maximum Cost: $2,059.20 + $45 for Wifi
