Project Description
In compliance with new energy and safety regulations, the beautiful 8th-floor terrace will receive upgrades including a new roof, drainage system and glass barriers. Old pavers, topping slabs and substrates were removed and replaced, and new eco-friendly materials were used to improve waterproofing, access and roof system protection.
