Overview
Our speech-language pathology and audiology curriculum is designed as a full-time residential program (meaning that the majority of classes are in-person) to be completed in two years including summers. Degrees must be completed within five years after commencing classes. The first-year curriculum requires participation in daytime classes and clinic/practicum attendance. The second year requires daytime participation in practicum as well as late afternoon and evening classes. There are no weekend classes or weekend externships. The curriculum is "step-locked" meaning that students must complete the courses in the sequence offered.
Hunter College is accredited by Middle States Commission on Higher Education. For verification of this credential, please review this page at the Middle State Website.
