At the undergraduate level, the Department offers a BS in Public Health, a BS in Nutrition and Wellness, and a BS in Nutrition and Food Science.
An accelerated BSMS in Nutrition and Food Science is also an option for exceptional students seeking to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN).
The Department houses two ACEND Accredited Programs for those pursuing the RDN credential: the Integrated Program in Nutrition and Dietetics (IPND) and a stand-alone Dietetic Internship Certificate Program. Offerings also include multiple MS in Nutrition tracks which may be taken alongside a Dietetic Internship.
