In observance of Earth Day, the Hunter Sustainability Project (HSP) student group will be hosting their annual Hunter Goes Green Week from Monday April 29th to Friday May 3rd.

The week-long event is dedicated to engaging Hunter students on issues related to the environment. There will be games, giveaways, and plenty of opportunities to discover ways to live life more sustainably. Every day will have a different theme, including food day, energy day, resource management day, biodiversity day, and home and lifestyle day.

In alliance with HSP, the Hunter College Sustainability Committee will be holding an e-waste collection drive open to all students, faculty, and staff and will also be raffling prizes and putting out a survey for the campus community to give their thoughts on the College’s 10-year sustainability action plan.
