Ania Jaroszewicz is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at UC San Diego. Prior to joining UC San Diego, Professor Jaroszewicz was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University. Combining consumer behavior and behavioral economics, her research is guided by the goal of improving public policy and consumer well-being. Broadly, her work examines questions related to poverty and inequality, with her current research focusing on how people decide to ask others for help. She is particularly interested in topics related to poverty, financial decision-making, and the psychology of asking and rejection.
